Jon Cordoba, CHST, CIT, founded P3 Safety Solutions in 2014 after two decades in the trades and safety. He brings more than 28 years of experience to help clients across the Southwest manage risk, meet regulatory standards, and keep their teams safe. A certified Construction Health and Safety Technician and Certified Instructional Trainer, Jon also teaches at the OSHA Education Center at Arizona State University. His mission is simple: empower organizations to send their workers home safe every day.

Ryan spent over a decade as a Tower Foreman in the telecommunications industry before moving into safety — holding roles at Engineering Wireless Services, Northstar Communications, and WYCO Field Services. That field experience gives him firsthand knowledge of the hazards telecom and tower workers face every day, making him one of the most credible voices in the room when training crews who've done the same work.
Phil is a Certified Safety Professional with a Master's degree in Toxicology from Michigan State University and over 28 years of experience as an Occupational Safety Officer. His expertise spans OSHA compliance, risk prioritization, hazardous materials, and written program development across industrial, utility, and chemical environments. Phil brings rigorous academic depth and real-world program experience to every engagement.
Armando's career spans aviation and transportation security at the highest levels — TSA retired, FAA Special Agent, Corporate Security Regional Operations Manager at Delta Air Lines, and ICAO USAP Auditor & Trainer since 2004. A Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives, he is fluent in both English and Spanish and serves as P3's Spanish interpreter, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation when safety is on the line.
Mike brings a software engineering background to P3 Safety Solutions, where he manages the technology infrastructure that keeps the organization running. An ASU graduate, he spent nearly five years as a Web Software Engineer and began his career with an internship at Motorola. His technical depth supports P3's digital operations behind the scenes, from systems management to the platforms that serve clients and students.
James brings 12+ years of telecommunications construction experience, including roles as Tower Foreman and Construction Manager at Engineering Wireless Services and Safety Manager at Betacom. His combination of construction execution and safety management experience makes him a grounded, practical instructor for tower and wireless courses.
