Our Efforts

We conducted an accessibility audit of this website in April 2026 and have applied the following improvements:

• Added a "Skip to main content" link on every page for keyboard users
• Implemented proper page landmark regions (<main>, <nav>, <header>, <footer>)
• Ensured all interactive elements have visible keyboard focus indicators
• Verified color contrast meets the 4.5:1 minimum ratio for normal text throughout the site
• Added ARIA labels to buttons, form fields, and dynamic content regions
• Ensured form status messages (success and error) are announced to screen readers
• Added state announcements to the course filter on the Training page
• Verified all images have descriptive alternative text

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas are still being improved:

• Our course catalog and training schedule are hosted on a third-party platform (instructor.p3safety.com). We do not control that platform's accessibility features but encourage its provider to meet accessibility standards.
• Our client portal is also a third-party platform and may have independent accessibility limitations.
• This audit was conducted via automated static analysis. Full manual testing with assistive technology (screen readers, switch access) is planned.
