Description: Because active shooter situations are often over within 10 to 15 minutes, before law enforcement arrives on the scene, individuals must be prepared both mentally and physically to deal with an active shooter situation. This class will give guidance and suggestions drawn from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other agencies, which will help an employer and employee be more prepared in such an event. Adult First Aid/ CPR with AED

Bloodborne Pathogen

ES&H Leadership Workshop

Description:    The purpose for this group workshop is to establish ES&H leadership abilities for supervisory and management staff. The workshop is designed to provide the participants the tools and techniques used to reduce incidents, behavior-based safety management, and their respective EH&S roles and responsibilities. The primary attendees should include foremen, general foremen, and superintendents. Another non-manual personnel may attend at the direction of their manager.

NWSA Practical Examination

Description:    NWSA representatives initially defined two levels of telecommunications tower technicians for crew members who perform general construction activities with an emphasis on tower system installation, modification, maintenance, and inspection of support structures used in telecommunications, including personal wireless communications, public safety communications, utility networks, and broadcast. These two levels were defined as Telecommunications Tower Technician 1 & 2.

NWSA TTT-1 Prep Course

Powered Industrial Truck (Forklift)

Description: This training course is designed to prepare employees to evaluate hazards related to trenches and excavations, evaluate soil mechanics, and select the appropriate protective system.
